Bob Baldwin has a long involvement with the Gympie community. He has been a lawyer for more than 34 years and during that time accumulated vast experience in a wide range of law including commercial matters, litigation, local government, estate litigation, administration, estate planning and property law. In addition to his depth of knowledge and experience in the law Bob has been an active Community member involved in many community organisations and boards of community organisations. He and wife Maxine have three adult daughters and they all have a passion for travel.
Zasco van Rooyen was admitted as a Lawyer, Conveyancer and Notary in South Africa in 2002. He practiced as a partner in a mid tier legal practice from 2004 to 2014 when he emigrated with his young family to New South Wales, Australia.
Zasco was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in Sydney in February 2014 whereafter he gained valueble experience in a couple of Newcastle based legal practices.
Zasco and his family were drawn to the beautiful South East Queensland area and in particular the Gympie regional area and decided to make this area their home for the foreseeable future.
Zasco has extensive experience in property transactions, conveyancing, commercial and retail leasing matters and he has a very keen interest in commercial transactions. He also has extensive experience in the drafting of Wills and Power of Attorney documents and dealing with Probate (deceased estate) matters.
In addition to assisting clients with their property and estate matters in Queensland and New South Wales he can also assist clients with matters in South Africa where he still maintains a valuable network of contacts and legal colleagues.
Zasco is a member of the Queensland Law Society and the Law Society of New South Wales
